Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Services
Once a payment is successfully made for a consultation (chat, call, or report-based), the service is considered confirmed.
- No refunds will be provided for completed consultations.
- If the consultation was not delivered due to technical issues or unavailability of the astrologer, users may request rescheduling or a refund within 24 hours of the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a pre-scheduled consultation at least 3 hours in advance by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
- If cancelled on time, you may request either rescheduling or a full refund.
3. Refund Requests
Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:
- Double payment made accidentally.
- Payment deducted but service not rendered.
- Valid cancellation as per our cancellation policy.

4. Refund Timeline
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Personalized Kundli reports, remedies, or horoscope documents once delivered are non-refundable.
- Instant chat or quick question services once initiated cannot be refunded.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any concerns or disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably.
